Technological responsibilities in addition to Digital Media in the Arts included maintaining and managing monitors for the music computer labs. Both classes taught included writing tutorials, assignments, and tests for specific purposes of the course.

Invited to perform at the 2007 International Association of Jazz Educators in New York City. The Octet is comprised of the elite jazz students at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan.

First saxophone winner of the annual Tennessee Technology University Concerto competition. Allowed for the opportunity to perform with the Bryan Symphony Orchestra. Piece performed: Ballade for Saxophone and Orchestra by Henri Tomasi.
